The Pro Carry On Duty Thumb Break design is a close fitting, high ride, pancake holster design with a reassuring thumb break retention strap for additional weapon retention.

We use the highest quality line 24 snaps we can obtain and have designed the thumb break portion of the holster "duty tough", offering level two retention. This holster, like our others, is double stitched and back stitched at all stress points and incorporates bonded polyester thread. The Pro Carry On Duty includes a built in forward cant for a fast and efficient draw.

This holster is offered in black and brown, both right hand and left hand.

Being left handed, I expected a fairly long wait before I would receive this holster. It arrived in less than a week ready to go. I really like the thumb break on this one. It's very easy to use - one of the easiest ones that I have, in fact. It's a little stiff, but you expect that from a new holster. It's breaking in nicely. I'll likely be a return customer

I placed and order with Travis on a Monday for a holster that was not in stock and needed to be made. I needed it by the following Monday. He said he would try to make and ship it so that it would arrive by then, but he couldn't guarantee it. Well, it arrived that Saturday, 2 days early! It is a nice quality holster for my LCR with a Crimson Trace grip. I'm very satisfied with the holster and the excellent customer service. I do highly recommend the Holster Shop.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it was really an excellent holster. The thumb strap on it was great, easiest one to work with I've ever found. It was a great fit for my Sig P239. For me personally, however, it didn't work. So if you are a really skinny person, beware of these larger holsters.

got the pro carry on duty left hand. very good quality well made fits gun nicely.only one i found for ruger sr45 and left handed.was looking at another one of theirs but after talking with customer service they adviced me of this holster.i was in need of one for outside waist band and wanted retainer strap this worked out great thanks

This holster just came in 3 business days after placing my order. It's fits PERFECTLY. Time will really tell how well it holds up but looking it over meticulously I see no weak spots that should cause any problems. This holster is fantastic quality and an exact fit.
